Job Description
I. Key Requirements
1. English native speaker from US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Teaching experience is preferred, esp 3-18 years old students.
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate holder is preferred
5. Be in good health
6. Observe the laws, decrees enacted by the Chinese government as well as the school’s rules and regulations; no criminal records; understand and respect Chinese work ethics and customs

II. We Offer
1. Salary is negotiable according to specific conditions of the applicants and work. In line with Individual Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, foreign language experts shall pay individual income tax if his/her salary reaches to the standard of levy; (A common salary is 10,000-15,000 RMB before tax deduction, equivalent of 40 hours per week, including teaching hours and admin hours)
2. A contract of a year;
3. A 1,000 RMB monthly allowance for housing;
4. 6,000 RMB allowance for international air-ticket will be paid at the end of the year contracted;
5. Assistance in processing working visa in China and foreign expert certificate and payment for the fee involved.

III. Application Documents
A letter of application with:
1. CV (Including the applicant’s name, gender, nationality, date and place of birth, mailing address, permanent address, contact, education background, work experience and health status, etc.)
2. Copy of diploma and/or TEFL/TESOL certificate
3. Copy of passport (If the applicant is accompanied with family members, their copies of passport are also needed.)
4. Health certificate
5. One letter of recommendation from prior employment if the applicant has taught English at other Chinese schools and organizations.
