Job Description:

Native speaker who comes from US,Canada,UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is required
- 2 years' teaching experience or teaching certification (TEFL in China ) is required
- Understanding and interest in Chinese culture
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes, Outgoing ,and patient
- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
-English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm

About the class

Kids age is 3 to 18 years old.
Small group with Chinese teaching assistant.（6-12 students）
39 Working hours per week
Interactive teaching material is ready, Electronic White Board is in use.

Responsibilities:
-Instructing students in the English language (KIDS)
-Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students
-Classroom management
-Developing lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum
-Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars by Scholastic
-Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities

Salary range is 15000-20000 RMB and renewal bonus
