Responsibilities:
 according to the group’s strategy, to make and implement the development plan and management plan of the campus.
 to host and make the campus plan and follow the group’s regulation rules.
 to be responsible for the whole campus’s daily function and management work.
 to be responsible for the campus’s curriculum, to assess and to supervise and to evaluate.
 to promote the campus’s advantage and protect the brand image. To cooperate with the group to propagate our campus and do a good job of promoting our campus to the public.
 to be responsible for the team building of the teachers, including staff election, assessment, promotion, training.
 to be responsible for the parents complaints and emergency. Give reasonable feedback and solve problems. Make parents more satisfied with our campus.
 To cooperate with the group and do the work that the group assign.
 Report to Chinese kindergarten principal

Requirement and qualification：

Major in early childhood education and pedagogy. Bachelor degree or above. Has 5 years or more years of experience in managing big international kindergarten or international education company.

IB, Montessori certifications are preferred.
