Responsibilities
• Information and Communications Management team ambassador and point person, ensuring that teams understand and value the services we can provide to help achieve their communication goals
• Collaborate with external teams to ensure process understanding and adherence
• Work with project managers and Information Officers to develop teacher communication/outreach strategies, themes and styles for project-specific communications, and determine which communication platforms can best achieve teacher buy-in and conversion.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify communication, information, and branding risks, and collaborate with the Senior Copywriter to create and implement solutions.
• Compile original data analysis reports to identify risks and optimize operations.
• Complete operations tasks as needed.

Requirements
• Impeccable verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent English and Chinese
• ≥ 2 years of experience in project management, sales, account management, or customer service
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere
• Agility in fast-paced, deadline driven environments
• Flexibility to adapt to take on new roles and responsibilities according to project demand
• Experience delivering original data analysis reports
• Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs

Preferences
• Communication background
• Graduate degrees from foreign universities
• Chinese candidates preferred, or foreigners with HSK 5+ level Chinese
• Experience studying or working outside of China
