Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES
- Organizing and supervising logistics on the ground in cooperation with the CN logistics partners
- Help to reduce purchasing prices and logistics costs
- Ensuring proper warehousing and storage of goods in CN
- Planning of annual priorities with the supply chain department in China and coordinate with headquarters, Berlin
- Regular planning and aligning with the product management, wholesale and supply chain departments in headquarters, Berlin
- Planning the Supply Chain department CN annual priorities (e.g. action plan) and budget, seeking approval from Head of supply Chain and Expansion HQ; collect all CN office budget, and present it to Head of Controlling HQ
- Ensuring the functioning of the legal entity Mobisol Solar Energy (Shenzhen) Limited. This includes responsibility for Finance, budget, and Administration, and managing relationships with Mobisol service providers.
- Effectively and continuously managing risks for the China Office
- Ensuring compliance of CN with local regulations and requirements

SKILLS
- Academic background in business management, supply and procurement or other related fields
- Proven expertise of minimum 3 years in managing procurement and supply chain
- Strategic mindset, commercial awareness and strong vision for own activities and the team
- Work or other experience in China
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in English,good knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
