Job Role & Responsibilities
1.Planning and delivering lessons to young learners (ages 3-6)
2.Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
3.Use a variety of appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high quality learning takes place.
3.Lead English lessons during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment throughout the day

Job Requirements
1.Native speaker .
2.Bachelor's degree or above
3.At least one year kindergarten teaching experience
4.TEFL/TESOL certificate is required if teachers haven't got two years full time working experience
5.Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning is required;
6.Clear criminal background check

Employment package
1.Basic salary starting from 20000rmb- 30000rmb per month before tax (depending on experience)
2. 2 Days off per week
