The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Good communication skills
- A native English speaker, prefer USA/UK/Canada/Australia/New zealand/Ireland.
- Above Master Degree and prefer TEFL/TESOL Certificate
- Understand and interest in Chinese culture
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
- Have your Education Certificate verified by Local China Embessy or China Oversea Student Center in China
- Have No-criminal Certificate from your own country
- English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm.

Remuneration Package:
- Salary: after tax 12,000 RMB/month (pay rise with great performance)
- Lodging: provided by school, one-bedroom apartment, no extra fees for water, power, internet and heating, individual bathroom, kitchen and laundry

- Air Ticket: round-trip air ticket (Economic, from your living place to Kaifeng) is provided by school once
- Insurance – provided by school during working time at school
