Job Description
Responsibilities & Challenges:
- Manage & support both E-commerce & Retail operation ERP system solution.
- Ensure the infrastructure security level, and availability of all the Retail operation ERP system.
- Buildup, deploy and optimize alert function & automation monitoring to prepare pro-active operation.
- Ensure quality of transaction data processing among different ERP systems, review and verify data entered into database to ensure accuracy
- Provide initial response, operational assistance, and development of software workarounds and/or resolutions.
- Collaborate with project & technical team around retail operation solution.
- Participate in incident handling & issue troubleshooting.

Skill Requirements:
- 2+ years working experience in IT domain in retail industry, Retail ERP system support/operation experience is a PLUS
- Deep understanding of retail store operations, especially in payment domain
- SQL, ITIL and able to understand Java
- Capable to handle multiple task with demanding timeline, team & service oriented and willing to share with Agile mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, familiar with Java is a plus.
- Good Communication skill, fluent oral and written English, French is a PLUS
- Sport lover and willing to practise different sports
