The ideal candidate should be:
Turkish, Turkish as your native language
Graduating student from Chinese university this year
Bachelor's degree or above, marketing or international trade major is preferred
Fluent in English and Chinese

Training program:
By rotation about one year, you need to have a comprehensive understanding of our company's business systems, especially in the Turkey market.
After our company has a certain size in the Turkey local market, you should probably be sent back as the supervisor of the local market.
