- Responsible for the production and signing of labor contracts, changes in labor relations, the production of personnel-related management documents and other aspects of the work of employee relations

- collect staff information, management materials and files.

- record staff attendance (sick leave, annual leave, leave, statutory holidays, late, early retirement, absenteeism, etc.)

- Monthly calculation of full-time/part-time/foreign employees'salaries, KPI, individual taxes, production of payrolls, management of third-party payment agencies in foreign regions

- dealing with employee injury, labor arbitration, labor supervision, etc.

- residence permit, integral settlement, employment permit for foreign nationals, employment visa, etc.

- payment of employees' social security and provident fund in accordance with the state regulations, and timely processing of employee turnover procedures.

- cooperate with administration and finance to formulate rules and procedures for various departments of the company.

- support staff's basic training (induction training, product training), and contact with external training institutions.

- other tasks assigned by the manager.


- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred.

More than 3 years' personnel related work experience, and experience in dealing with labor arbitration is preferred.

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, and HR level 3 or above is preferred.

- strong time management ability to deal with unexpected situations.
