Job Description
1. Schedule meetings and plan the day of the chairman, coordinate company’s affairs.
2. Take part it business negotiations and other activities.
3. Going on business trips and meeting business partners, managing company’s public relations
4. Manage the communication with European partners, supervise the correspondence (email, calls, documents)
5. Provide assistance with important business related documents
6. Fulfill the requests of the chairman and and deal with business matters
7. Language requirements: Chinese and English, Czech or German preferred.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or higher in Management, HR Management, Chinese, Law or similar
2. Age 26-35, height: 1.65m or taller; patient, well-tempered, organized.
3. To have a basic understanding of strategic management and administration
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Familiar with business etiquette
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office
