High-end Health Insurance Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide support to foreign clients regarding their health insurance and medical inquiries.
2.Handle daily customers’ inquiries, from insurance benefits to the settlement of claims disputes;
3.Coordinate with different departments to handle customers’ requests and problems.
4.Be able to work independently, respect customers, follow up customer demands efficiently and timely and maintain the relationships with existing clients.
5.Present and represents the company during presentations and contract renewal.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above; major in insurance, English or medicine is preferred;
2.At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or customer relationship position is preferred;
3.Client-oriented, be a team player, and have excellent communication skills;
4.Proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook);
Fluent in English, and intermediate Chinese skills required, other languages are a plus
