- Directly report to the CEO of US based Holding Company to develop and execute strategic plans; communicate operating and marketing results with management team and support their efforts to improve the business environment.
- Assist senior management for marketing, product development, operation review
- Administer quarterly performance reviews to direct reports.
- Meet with potential institutional clients or cooperation partners, with a deep understanding of the needs and desires of the various target audiences.
- Instruct and work with marketing and product teams to deliver effective marketing strategies, to review priorities, address feedback from service providers or clients.
- This position will be based in Shanghai.
