Job Responsibility
Provide 1-on-1 consulting for up to 10 students, including but not limited to meeting with students to craft and execute strategy, keeping frequent contact with students and parents, guiding the application process, etc.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet potential customers and conduct marketing events,
•Develop product and resources and participate in projects with the team
•Some travel between branches in Xi‘An city may be needed
•The role of Product Deputy Director would include all of the above plus deeper involvement with training, product development, strategy, and so on.
•Any other responsibilities suitable for the position as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
Top 50, preferably top 30, US National University; or Top 20, preferably top 10, Liberal Arts College
•Excellent English communication and writing skills
•Ability to work independently under pressure
•Mindset and attitude of a mentor
•(Required for UG Product Deputy Director) 2 years or further experience with the education field, especially college admission and education product development/management
•(Preferred) Experience/ability to wear different hats
•(Preferred) Experience and desire to develop a career in education
•(Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. higher education system and Chinese secondary school system
•(Preferred) Chinese Mandarin proficiency
•(Preferred) Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
•(Preferred) Diverse high school and college extracurricular activities

Compensations and Benefits
Monthly base salary (pre-tax): 22,000 – 30,000 RMB (negotiable, depending on qualifications)

•1 roundtrip flight for every year of employment, maximum reimbursement 10,000 RMB
