产品为新型模块化建筑项目，要求有5年以上的建筑行业项目管理经验，模块化建筑行业优先考虑。
Must have over 5-year experience of project management in construction industry, experience in modular architecture is strongly preferred.
工作内容：Job description:
1. 管理项目组并全面负责项目工程质量、进度和安全，对项目进度、工期、质量、成本费用支出进行有效控制，确保工程正常实施与如期交付；
In charge of the project group and the quality, progress and safety of the whole project, control the schedule, quality, cost to ensure the completion and delivery of the project;
2. 积极与国外客户沟通，定期更新项目进展情况；
Communicate with foreign clients proactively and update them on the status of the project;
3. 负责与客户就项目执行标准，文件，图纸的澄清；
In charge of the clarification of the execution, files and drawings of the project;
4. 负责评估材料供应商，审批采购计划，组织采购，控制采购过程，保证质量；
Evaluate materials suppliers, approve procurement plan and arrange procurement, cost the whole purchasing progress to ensure the quality;
5. 带领团队完成建筑方案设计，控制项目方案设计质量与进度；
Lead the team to complete the design of the architecture program, control the quality and progress;
6. 项目现场的监督与管理，对项目中出现的问题进行协调与配合解决；
Supervise and manage the project site, coordinate and resolve problems occurred during the process;
7. 为项目储备人力资源；Reserve human resources for projects;
8. 负责协调项目内部与外部事项；Responsible for the internal and external matters related to the project;

职位要求：Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，建筑,土木或电气工程相关专业；Bachelor degree and above, construction, civil engineering, electrical engineering related majors;
2. 有5年以上建筑行业大型项目经验，模块化建筑行业经验优先考虑，有外资建筑项目管理经验者优先考虑；5-year experience of large projects in construction industry, experience in modular construction preferred, experience of foreign construction projects will be a plus;
3. 流利的英文表达能力，可作为工作语言；Fluent English, able to use English as work language;
4. 成本控制意识强，有良好的现场组织、调度能力及其他相关管理能力；
Strong sense of cost control, great ability of organizing and coordinating and managing the project site;
5. 较强的沟通、表达能力及领导力；
Strong ability of communication and expression and great leadership skills;
