Responsibility:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the content moderation team and provide thought leadership to improve Italian team performance and drive sustainable business progress.
2. In charge of the execution and optimization of certain standards for content review, and be responsible for the accuracy of the moderation results.
3. Monitor and analyze auditing data and be able to spot online issues proactively.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Lead business reviews, analyze data to identify improvement plans for content review policy and product functions.

Minimum qualifications:
1. Ability to speak and write in Italian and English fluently and idiomatically.
2. Bachelor degree or higher.
3. At least 1 year of people management experience (eg. managing vendor/contractor), proven influencing and leadership skills
4. Pay attention to noteworthy social issues, breaking news and popular trends.
5. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners, across geographies.

Preferred qualifications:
1. Active user of and be familiar with short video products (e.g. Tik Tok, Vigo, Instagram, etc.).
2. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing content. 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
3. Sensitive to statistics, proficient at Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills; strong learning ability, execution and responsibility; pay attention to details.
5. Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
