1.Stationed at the customer service desk in shopping mall, provide excellent service to both local and foreign customers;
2.Warmly welcome and see off customers daily;
3.Handle general enquires and complaints from customers (especially foreign customers);
4.Provide necessary logistics support to customers (especially foreign ones).

Job Requirement:
1.Western nationality and English speaking;
2.One (1) year or above relevant experience in customer service/sales/hotel/tourism field is preferable (less experience such as fresh graduate will also be considered as CS Assistant);
3.Basic spoken Putonghua;
4.Proactive, with strong sense of service, independent and able to work under pressure;
5.Basic PC knowledge in MS office;
6.Shift duty (5.5 days work).
