Qualifications

1. Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree or above.
2. More than two years of related teaching experience is preferred.

3. Loves and understands kids as well as enjoys interacting with them. Must be responsible and have a passion for teaching children.
4. Teaching licenses/certificates (TEFL/TESOL) are preferred..
5. Clean criminal background check.


Job Description:
1.Location: Jiangyin,Wuxi city, Jiangsu Province,China.
2.Contract Term: one year, start as soon as work visa issued.
3.Job Position: ESL teacher.
4.Students Age: 3-6 years old.
5.Class Size: 22- 25 students per class.
6.Work Days: Mondays to Fridays, 2 days off on Weekends.
7.Work Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm per working day.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1.Salary: RMB18,000-20,000 monthly.before tax
2.Accommodation: RMB3,000 monthly housing allowance.(RMB1,500 can rent a very good house in Jiangyin city and quite close to the school.)
3.Vacations: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays, full paid 15 days rest for annual leave. no paid for 1 month summer vacation.
4.Airfare Allowance: 2 times round trip upon the fulfillment of contract.
5.Insurance: accident insurance provided.
6.Bonus: RMB20,000 for traveling allowance after 1 year contract.
7.Over time allowance: RMB300/hour.
