Xerafy is expanding our global sales team and are hiring dynamic Sales Assistants for APAC and Europe to be based in our Shanghai office.
Responsible for generating new business, qualifying customer inquiries, and assessing customer needs. This person will report to the regional Sales Director and will serve as the link between field sales, business development and the internal marketing department.

Responsibilities and requirements for this position include:
• Being fluent in English and/or a major European Language (for European based consultants) is absolutely essential.
• Qualifying customer inquiries and accessing customer needs
• Presenting the Xerafy value proposition
• Ability to relate business problems with Xerafy solutions
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Grows recurring revenues by prospecting within current customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities
• Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in a customer-centric and consultative selling approach
• Develops and implements strategies to penetrate accounts and increase order volume
• Highly organized and able to coordinate schedules of multiple people for collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1 to 2 years experience in Sales
• Experience within the technology industry (greatly preferred)
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills through communications and presentation delivery to customers and partners
• Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
• Be available for 20 hours per week (flexible times are offered)
