Vacation
You’re entitled to the same legal holidays as Chinese citizens, which include New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Festival, International Labor Day, the Dragon-boat Festival, Chinese National Day, Mid-autumn Festival and other holidays designated by law and regulations. The specific time should follow the schedule of company.
You’re entitled to paid vacation after passes the probation period,and after work at company for one year. During each contract year,you can take 5 days of paid leave, either consecutively or separately. There are two preconditions for you to take paid leave: work permitting and approval from his/her supervisor.
Also 5 days Summer Holiday and 5 days Winter Holiday.
Flight allowance
You’re eligible for a flight allowance according to actual price of the plane ticket (economy class) after work at company for one year. This allowance will be subject to tax where the teacher is unable to provide relevant travel receipts. Teachers who fail to complete their contract will not receive any payments.
