Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Teaching ESL or other forms of ELT such as the GAC, IELTS, TOEFL etc.
2.Planning lessons and supplemental activities as well as developing existing and experimental curricula. Said lesson plans must be kept on file and may be subject to periodical audits.
3.Assisting administration with intake, pre-‐testing and placement of potential students.
4.Joining Employee training programs, workshops or seminars organized by the school.
5.Organizing and attending relevant social programs or celebrations organized by the school.
6.Participating in promotional/marketing programs including English Corner organized by the school. 7.Attending all relevant teacher meetings scheduled by the school.
8.Other duties assigned by the school in their working schedule.
9.The employee is expected to work on six days per week (one day off is provided during weekdays).
BENEFITS PACKAGE
1.Salary: 10000+ RMB per month;
2.Bonus system
a.Monthly bonus
The Employee will receive 200RMB per month for having perfect attendance and no sick-‐days.
b.Contract Bonus
Upon completion of contract the Employee will receive a 0-‐4000RMB bonus.
C.Resigning bonus 0-‐2000RMB will be paid after the second year contract is signed, the bonus will be included in the next paycheck.
D.Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation;
3.Allowance system
a.Housing allowance: 1000+ RMB per month;
b.Reimbursement of flight ticket to apply working visa: 5,000 RMB as maximum;
4.Other benefits
a.Visa support: provide legal residence permit;
b.Medical and accident insurance;
c.Paid holiday: public holiday + annual leave;
d.Opportunities of promotion;
e.Airport pick-‐up, team building, birthday gift, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Native English speaker preferred;
2.Bachelor's or Master's degree and majored in education preferred;
3.At least 1 years related experience with reference letter;
4.TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;
5.Handle all class sizes. Excellent class controlling ability needed;
6.Provide English course to students of all ages (3-‐12 mainly);
7.Be warm-‐hearted, active, patient, energetic, highly responsible;
8.Teaching hours: Maximum 20hrs/week;
9.22 to 45 years old.
