Job Brief:

We are looking for a capable Marketing & Sales Manager to lead sales in the Shanghai branch of European Bedding, to provide support to the General Manager in terms of marketing matters in a well-organized manner and to ensure all secretarial & administrative requirements are met. We are a young team that is looking to employ A-players that are hungry for success. Ideally our new team member is someone who is extravert, a problem-solver and dares to show initiative. Responsibilities:
• Act as a first POC of all inquiries: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
• Manage sales in the showroom & liaise with delivery team for arrangements;
• Assist in marketing: media planning, market research & events with support of the GM in Singapore/ colleagues in Hong Kong;
• Manage databases and office filing systems: basic accountancy, stock inventory management;
• Manage the Chinese Social Media accounts;
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs;
• Other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Academic Degree Holders (Bachelor and above);
• Good presentation;
• Proven track in sales ( 2 years +);
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin & English;
• Knowledge of MS Office systems and procedures;
• Outstanding organization and time management skills;
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a big plus.
