Job Position: Senior Business Assistant to the President
Our office: No. 2, North 3rd Ring East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job Type: regular full time
Vacancies: 2

Main Responsibilities：
1/ Accompany CEO for business negotiations and projects on the ground
2/ Be responsible for following up all projects assigned by CEO
3/ Assist executives to coordinate and maintain internal and external public relations
4/ Execute other daily works.


Requirements：
1/ Native English speakers come from USA, UK, Canada or Australia
2/ if you have president assistant or GM assistant experience, will be a big plus
3/ if you have medical service related experience, will be a big advantage, but not must.
4/ at least 3 years (more than 5 years will be better) business management experience
4/ Fluent in both Chinese and English
5/ Being courteous and graceful
6/ Proficient in using MS office, especially in Word, Excel, and PPT
7/ Be adapting to business trip
