We are currently looking for driven individuals interested in building a successful career as an international financial adviser in Shanghai.

With knowledge and exposure in the overall Sales & Business Development Management functions, our clients will be your number one priority. You will be responsible for direct client management, as well as building meaningful relationships.

Successful individuals will be responsible for building and maintaining a client base, keeping current client plans up-to-date and acquiring new business for and on behalf of deVere Group, on an on going basis. Screening clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a suitable long term financial plan.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of functionalities including;
• Business Development (B2C)
• Sales Management (360’)
• Relationship Building & Management
• Client Retention & Nurturing
• Portfolio Management (Product)

• £60,000 - £200,000 per year

Key requirements:
• A good track record of professional success, preferably in Sales, Business development, CRM, Real estate, Account management and face to face sales roles.
• Fluency in English (Spoken and Written).
• Minimum Bachelor degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years work experience in Sales, Finance or Wealth management.
• Relationship-building skills and commitment to establishing long-term clients.
• Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earning potential.
• Eagerness to further or build a career in financial consultancy.
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Focused approach to build a business.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage.
• Fluency in English, with good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of both face to face and telephone contact with clients.
• Excellent team member and leadership skills.
• Ability to listen, understand and give advice.

If you have past experience within financial services as a finance manager, financial adviser, financial consultant, wealth manager, investment banker, financial planner, branch manager, broker or certified financial planner, your experience could translate well to the financial advisor role at deVere Group.
