Position on Tour in Nanjing, China

Under the supervision of the Tour Manager, the technician is responsible for all reconciliations of cash, deposits and daily sales reports. The person needs to be available to work flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITES

Reconcile and follow up expense reports and petty cash of each department;
Prepare and perform all accounting entries, relating to any recoveries made in the accounting system (wire transfers, petty cash);
Prepare and update different reports as per the Tour Manager request;
Support the Tour Accountant during monthly closings and during year-end audit.
REQUIREMENTS

DEC in accounting or the equivalent;
Experience with a tour production is an asset;
Bilingual;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
Organized, able to work under pressure and resourceful;
Team spirit;
Available to work and travel in Asia permanently.
