The goal for our interns is to gain an insight into various markets that will enhance their knowledge and qualifications for future career prospects. As IT intern you will learn how to effectively use the computer background to work towards LINK Group’s profit.
Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Main Duties :
IT intern duties as follows:
• Identifying new computer systems and trends in the market so that the organization’s IT status is always on the forefront;"
• Ensuring hardware, software, and network upgrades, installs, re-installs, changes and relocations are efficiently completed as required;"
• Keeping management and clients updated on progress;
• Support management and clients IT issues by talking to them to get details, diagnosing and solving
hardware/software faults;"
• Evaluation of each project stage and once completed.
Experience:
• No prior experience is necessary, affinity is a plus

• Generic Skills: Computer skills (able to use office software and LINK Group systems to do the job and manage documents or processes)"
• Knowledge in general support (Hardware, Software, Network) and in telephone,
switch and camera installation"
• Skills on website software development such as .NET and ASP; other programming
languages skills are welcomed"
• Key words that describe you: motivated, accurate, strategic, confident and innovative
• Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin language skills aren’t necessary
