We are looking for a loyal, honest, flexible, entrepreneurial, self driven and highly dedicated individual, with background in and knowledge of (preferably degree in the field also) pharmacy and pharmaceutical trade and with fluency in English and Chinese languages to assume the position of the company General Manager (our head office is in Dalian but the right Candidate can work from Shanghai or Beijing); as this is a small start up company duties will also entail Project and Sales Management. Share options can also be discussed with suitable candidates.

Job Description:

1) Hiring, train, assessing and managing staff

2) Ensure company Mission Statement and culture is adhered to and
instilled in all staff.

3) Management of existing and new clients (in Iran) & their
projects/requirements to ensure launch and continuation of smooth,
profitable long term orders; this entails daily communication with clients,
Chinese factories and company MD.

4) Visiting factories & exhibitions.

5) Hosting visitors (clients, factory heads).

6) Sourcing/negotiating prices/ contracts & partnership agreements with
Chinese factories.
