Objectives of the Job:
1. Development and validation of tightness performance to ensure the achievement of objectives and customer requirements
2. Be part of the IV group as tightness engineer execute and manage of the engineering projects related to Tightness testing and development.

Main Duties:
3. Overall project coordination for delivery of Tightness performance includes air leakage and water intrusion.
4. Development and delivery of Tightness vehicle and system target requirements.
5. Virtual tightness check in CATIA and present status report.
6. Raising, management and solving of issues effecting Tightness.
7. Definition of test methods and requirement.
8. Detailed management & reporting of Tightness test activities
9. Consolidated status for Project milestone & weekly report outs.
10. Benchmarking competitor vehicles.
11. Strategic planning for the development of the tightness department within Vehicle Engineering.
12. Drive prototype vehicle for tightness test

Qualification:
1. 8+ years or more Automotive Engineering experience.
2. 3+ years experience in Tightness with a multinational OEM.
3. Knowledge of Vehicle target Setting for Tightness.
4. Road & Rig testing at a vehicle level with an understanding of the project process and application
5. Experience of solving complex technical issues.
6. Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry.
7. Familiar with EUR/USA/CN regulation relevant vehicle. VW/GM standard preferred.
8. Familiar with CATIA V5 for virtual check.
9. Special driver skill with prototype vehicle.
10. Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.
11. Could be suitable for business trip for project.
12. Very good communication, project management and presentation skills in English.
