Our client is planning to open the very first British style restaurant in Langfang city. The newly opened restaurant will have a bar as well as a main dining area to cater to all tastes and will offer a vivacious ambience. Our client is currently looking for a co-owner who can act as Restaurant Manager of this innovative establishment to help run the business.

Job description:
 Continually seeking opportunities to increase sales and improve service, anticipating changes and planning accordingly
 Watching and assessing restaurant performance and morale
 To interact with customers in a prompt and professional manner
 Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly, approachable and consistent manner
 Maintain all operational and financial aspects of running a fast paced operation
 Create marketing strategies to increase customer awareness and restaurant traffic
 Motivate both management and staff teams to establish channels of communication for all company and restaurant information.
 Ensure financial targets are met and that wastage is kept to a minimum
 Responsible for staff development and training and ensuring high levels of customer service
 Responsible for managing staff scheduling, attendance, conduct, etc.

Job Requirements:
 Fluent English, conversational Chinese
 Previous restaurant managing experience
 Excellent knowledge of food & drink
 Must possess a genuine passion for food and service
 Outgoing personality and ability to handle high pressure situations
Starting date: 2012 Full-time
Salary: 10-20% of total restaurant profit, starting with the first month of employment.
