Job Description

Our client is a global Top 3 Manufacturer in Barcode Printer products. This company provides the broadest range of innovative technology solutions to identify, track, and manage the deployment of critical assets for improved business efficiency.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing leased facilities throughout the Asia Pacific region, mainly in China and Singapore.
1. Directly manages the exciting and new real estate (offices, labs) activity of the region. Identifies real estate requirements through consultation with the regional finance director and general manager.
2. Utilizes outside real estate professionals to identify and secure lease on new real estate properties. Leads lease negotiations in consultation with the Director, Corporate Services.
3. Manages facilities design, layout, and tenant improvement projects, construction utilizing architects, designers. Ensure the safe & security of the facilities

Top 3 Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have following experience/skills:
1.5 years of Commercial Real Estate, Facility, or Industrial Engineering experience in office environments.
2.Familiar with facility design, layout, construction, engineering, safe & security requirements
3.Very Strong English/communication skill
