Responsibilities include:
Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and activities that facilitate active learning.
Create interesting and age appropriate activities including instructional materials.
Build and nurture partnerships with parents, including parent communication and involvement.
Work in a collaborative relationship with other staff and management team.
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development and able to provide feedback.
Assign and grade class work and homework,
Plan, organize and host fun and interesting events and activities to support the learning of English language.

Qualifications:
Holders of Bachelor's degree or above.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Returning graduates from overseas institutions or native speakers are welcome to apply.
Energetic, creative, proactive and fun-loving, with excellent communication skills
Must have patience and love for teaching children.
A team player.
Priority will be given to applicants with teaching experience and TESOL or CELTA or TEFL certificate.

Job Description:
Providing high-quality teaching to students aged 3-6 years old
Lesson planning, occasional student evaluation and feedback
Appropriate teaching material and training provided
Participate in promotional activities and demo classes
Focus on teaching drama ,reading and English corner

Working Hours and Days:
Weekdays :1pm- 8pm on weekdays , 2 days off on weekdays ; 9 :30am-6:30pm on weekends
40 working hours including 25 teaching hours and 15 office hours

12-month contract, available year-round

Ages 3-12, 12 students per class


Location: Hefei , Anhui Province (Capital of Anhui and is about 3 hours away from Shanghai by high speed rail)

Requirements:
Native English speaker (US/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand) or
Non-native English speaker with minimal accent
Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree
Two years working experience (preferably in teaching)
TEFL certificate (or equivalent) preferred
Male teacher preferred
