Job Description
V-Ron International English is an English immersion training institution established in 2013 and is seeking rapid expansion. We provide Chinese children with most advanced and innovative teaching philosophy. The teaching materials are imported from the world’s largest educational publishing company Pearson. We carefully design programs including the advantages of current American curriculum system. The English Language training products and services offered by us are very popular among children and their parents.
Employment package
• Salaries starting from 13,000 to 16,000rmb per month(depending on experience and capability).
If you are brilliant，the wages could be much higher.
• less than 25 teaching hours and less than 15 office hours per week
• Paid national holidays
• Visa: responsible for work visa
• Commercial insurance
• 5000rmb flight allowance (paid upon contract completion)
• Accommodation assistance and allowance
• On-going professional teacher development and training programs
• 12 months contract
**Our school group offers Dancing, Painting, Piano, and Physical fitness courses. If you pass the interview and could manage it, it would be a good chance to make an achievement.
Qualifications
• A genuine interest in children, teaching, and professional development
• Open-minded, an adventurous spirit, and professional flexibility
• bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Native English speaker
• Passport issued by the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
• Two years teaching experience preferred
• Experience of traveling internationally or working abroad preferred
Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering lessons to young learners (ages 3-14)
• Using electronic media and coursewares to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
• Participating in social activities with students organized by our school
• Maintaining regular office hours
• Location: Hefei, Anhui province, China
• Working hours: maximum 25 teaching hours plus a few office hours per week
