Job Description
we are looking for confident, native-speaking English teachers who are ready for an adventure of a lifetime and who can provide a fun learning environment for students.

Responsibilities
Cultivation of the talent team
Delivering classes
Make curriculum for foreign teachers
Recruitment of new teachers
Assign jobs to team members
KPI management
CM cooperation
Attend other activities actively hold by the institute

Requirements to teach in China:
Native English speakers.
Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.

Early arriving in August is preferred.

What We Offer our Teachers:
Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.
On boarding: Ground service assistance.
Your compensation will include:
Monthly income: 20000 RMB ~24000 RMB After tax

Base Salary: 17000RMB After tax
Housing: Provide or housing allowance 2500RMB per month.
Bonus: contract completion bonus 24000RMB

Additional Payments:

Airfare Bonus: none
Demo class bonus: None
Over time: 100RMB\hour
Insurance: Basic health insurance.
Public Holiday: 12 days (paid leave)
Annual Holiday: 10 days (paid leave)
Sick Leave: paid sick leave 3 days per year.
