Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in economics, Chinese, real estate, etc.; At least 3 years relevant working experience in real estate.

2. Bachelor degree or above, over 5 years experience in business planning of large real estate company or well-known agency;

3, has a mature commercial real estate project planning process and development processes, product planning of commercial real estate project design, market positioning, project packaging, planning and other professional process has the outstanding specialized cognitive level; 4, planning work clear, logical, good writing, expression and communication ability, familiar with OFFICE software, can work independently to analyze related data compilation and write the planning report;

5, have a strong ability of market and product analysis, planning to guide the organization ability and innovation ability, has the mature experience of operation and management process, is responsible for purposes of the company planning schemes, group project meetings to discuss, can independently accomplish various solutions;

6. Have a good sense of team, be practical and confident, have positive enthusiasm for work, can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to travel, and have the desire to challenge new problems; 7. Strong business negotiation and team management, communication and coordination, good at integrating various social resources.
