1、能够使用马来语、中文、英文进行日常沟通交流
1. Be able to use Malay, Chinese and English for daily communication
2、通过电话、邮件、whatsapp等方式与马来客户进行有效的沟通,并协助其完成开户及入金
2. Conduct effective communication with Malay customers through telephone, email, whatsapp, etc., and assist them in completing account opening and deposit
3、能够灵活运用服务技巧、沟通技巧解决客户的疑惑,负责发展和维护良好的客户关系
3. Can flexibly use service skills, communication skills to solve customer's doubts, responsible for the development and maintenance of good customer relations
4、协助销售经理完成月度/年度销售任务
4. Assist sales manager to complete monthly/annual sales tasks
5、完成上级安排的其他工作
5. Complete other tasks arranged by the superior
