Job Description
Job Title: Kids and Teens English Teacher
Teaching Hours: Up to 20 teaching hours per week
Office Hours: Up to 20 hours in addition to teaching hours
Working Days: Five consecutive days, including Saturday and Sunday
Class Size: Maximum of 12 students for 3-6 year old classes, and up to 16 students for classes of 7 year old and above

Job Requirements:
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree, notarized and authenticated in country of origin
 TEFL/TESOL/CELTA qualification preferred
 Nationality: USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australian, Ireland, South African

Terms of Employment & Benefits
Contract Length 12 Months
Salary: Net monthly salary of 10,000RMB, negotiable for applicants with extensive teaching experience.
Contract Completion Bonus: 24,000RMB
Extra Bonuses Available: Monthly performance-based bonus of up to 1000RMB
Insurance: Aetna worldwide-coverage health insurance provided
Apartment: Company-rented apartment or 2000RMB apartment allowance available (does not include utilities such as electricity, gas, water and internet charges).
Overtime Allowance: 100RMB per hour over monthly total teaching hours
Holidays : 12 paid public holiday days, including Christmas and New Year’s Day.
