We are seeking for a PURCHASE MANAGER that is motivated and interested in being a vital part of our expanding company. Responsibilities:

1. Manage purchasing dept.
2. Send RFQs to manufacturers and analyze prices to make a cost calculation
3. Visit and audit new suitable manufacturers when necessary
4. Coordinate shipments and arrange necessary shipping documents
5. Manage exporting process
6. Search for manufacturers

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of purchasing experience
2. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry a plus
3. Speak / read / write Chinese and English proficiently
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize; strong organizational skills
5. Sufficient computer skills for use of ERP and Windows (Word, Excel, etc)
6. Strong negotiation skills
7. Willing to commit to at least 3 years in our company
