Senior Consultant (Foreigner Recruitment in China)
Working Location: Shekou, Shenzhen

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for market expansion, establish the recruitment agreements with clients, and maintain close and good relationships with them;
• Collect and analyze client details and implement effective recruitment actions from the client;
• Recognize the capabilities and qualifications of clients requirements, analyze the market and establish the direction and objectives of the search
• Guide headhunters or assistants to use effective tools to conduct the searches and screen candidates;
• To communicate with client’s requirements accurately, conduct interviews and assessments for candidates, and determine suitable candidates through effective job matching;
• Track all confirmed projects that have been successfully completed. The main purpose of the after service is to better integrate therecommended candidates on board to a new enterprise

Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years or above relevant working experience in Recruitment Industry
• Proactive and outgoing attitude, enjoy meeting and connecting with people
• Strong organization skills, independent, and patient telephone manner
• Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written of Chinese and good in English is necessary

工作职责:
• 负责市场拓展,与客户建立委托招聘协议,并维系良好的客户关系;
• 从客户端收集、分析客户需求的详细信息并实施有效的招聘行动;
• 从客户的招聘需求中确认职位所需的能力及资历,分析市场并确立搜寻的方向及目标
• 指导各猎头或助理利用有效工具,有计划的进行搜索、筛选候选人;
• 准确地传达客户的招聘需求,为候选人做面试、评估,通过有效的匹配工作来确定合适的候选人;
• 跟踪服务所有已成功结束的项目,后期的跟踪服务主要目的是一方面让已推荐的人选更好融入企业。

要求:
• 大专或以上学历
• 最少2年或以上在招聘行业相关工作经验
• 主动和外向的态度,喜欢与人交流和接触
• 强大的组织能力,独立和耐心的电话方式
• 良好的口头和书面英文和中文沟通能力
