As the Finance Specialist, you will be reporting directly into the Fastlane Management Committee, and will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounting & Finance Operations.
Responsibilities:
● Manage daily accounting operations happening in China & HK
● Regular financial reporting and analysis with key highlights of the findings
● Responsible for company budgeting and forecasting plans
● Act as the contact point for Finance Advisor & Firms regarding accounting & finance issues
● Partner with major stakeholders in the business to solve cases, support the committee consolidation and year-end closing
● Coordinate and assure proper accounting documentation flow, including expense claims for the office
● Manage China & HK insurance policies
● Ad-hoc projects included

Requirements:
● Bachelor degree holder major Finance/Accounting, CPA holder is preferred
● At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance, with MNC working experience would be a plus
● Experience with international accounting standard
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an independent, result-oriented personality
● Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, Cantonese as an advantage
