Job Description

1.Courses Training

Become proficient in ESLP\EMMP\EPP courses of ELFA and relevant teaching resources.

Formulate and reformulate the campuses’ implementation standards and requirements.

Regularly guide and participate in online English course training and guiding as well as campuses field training with western English executives.

Make a 3-to-5 day training for the principals and English teachers of newly opened kindergartens(excluding western area). Support the western newly opened campuses to ready the English course exhibition and design according to the demand in the parent activity day..

Regularly implement the training and summery of ABCmouse course teaching in the campuses(excluding western area). Ensure that the teaching of ABCmouse course can be effectively carry out

Organize centralized training of English course for the executives and teachers based on the demand of the campuses(excluding western area)

Provide the individualized and targeted training and guiding to the campuses(excluding western area) according to the practical problems.

2.Course Development

Regularly report the work to the head office in Singapore on communication and discussing the development and reformulating of the English courses as well as resources. Be able to undertake corresponding work based on the requirements.

Obtain the information of international English courses through various channels to support the head office in Singapore in continually absorbing the outstanding English courses and improving the competitiveness

Support western English executives to integrate ABCmouse and multiple topics all together, implement and arrange it by age group. Issue and guide on schedule to ensure the The effective implementation.

Guide and support the western executives to design and develop the text books of the ability of class guiding for nationwide teachers in order to help them to improve their oral English ability in teaching process.
Support the provisional project based on the demand.

3.Course Evaluation
Regularly make the teaching quality evaluations for the campuses(excluding western area), the qualification rate is 100%. Drafting individualized guiding and service schemes in order to continually improve the English teaching quality.

Compare, evaluate and analysis the study situation between the campuses which implemented ABCmouse course and the ones which didn’t do it. (excluding western area)

Collect monthly report from the campuses (excluding western area), check the professional examination of the English executives regularly in order to feedback and communicate to the principals

Regularly organize western English executives to make the English courses summary for nationwide ELFA campuses and seek the solutions to the problems.

4.The teachers professional development
Support the project of the cooperation with Wheelock College in order to get more American preschool teachers teaching in ELFA campuses in China.

Finish the annual qualification evaluations for the English teachers(western area) and summarize the final evaluations to the department manager.

Support campuses’ English executives(excluding western area) to draft professional developing plans in order to promote its professional development.

Concern and train the loyal and passionate excellent teachers in order to select talents for the group’s future development.

Work with the HR department and the campuses on foreign teachers hiring and the interview and evaluation of their Chinese and English level, and feedback the assessments.
