Job brief:
Assist the executive manager to complete the administrative work of the company and the internal daily work of the department.
Job description:
1. Assist the superior to formulate plans for the development of administration, general affairs and safety management;
2. Assist in the review and revision of administrative rules and regulations, organize and manage daily administrative work;
3. Assist senior manager in property, internal affairs and safety management, and provide timely and effective administrative services to other departments;
4. Assess and guide the work of staff in administration department;
5. Assist in legal affairs of company;
6. Participate in the management and implementation of the company's business affairs;
7. Responsible for conference arrangements.
8. Assist in team building and training
Qualifications:
Education Background:
◆ College degree or above in administrative or relative majors.
Training Experience:
◆ Proven training in management, public relations, writing, file management, basic knowledge of financial accounting.
Experience:
◆ 2 years working experience in administration.
Skills:
◆ Solid time-management ability;
◆ Excellent in public relations and public relations with the ability to solve emergencies;
◆ Good at writing, speaking and reading in both Chinese and English;
◆ Skillful at office software;
◆ Proficient in operation of office automation equipment.
Attitude:
◆ Careful, and meticulous at work with strong sense of responsibility;
◆ Outstanding in interpersonal communication and coordination with team spirit.
