JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: R&D；English Language Arts Teacher
Level: Elementary School

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ELA teacher is responsible for teaching all sections of ELA courses, as well as designing course materials, lesson plans and syllabus, mapped to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS).

QUALIFICATIONS
The successful applicant is expected to prove following qualifications:
1,Language Requirements
Native speakers from English speaking countries
Bachelor’s degree or above
2,Qualifications
Teaching certification or other teaching qualifications (TESOL/TEFL preferred)
3,Experience
Experience in teaching ELA or English as a Second Language
4,Knowledge
A solid knowledge and understanding of ELA courses
A multitude of instructional strategies that are highly engaging
5,Personal Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate the character qualities of enthusiasm, courtesy, flexibility, integrity, gratitude, kindness, self-control, perseverance, and punctuality.
