Welcome to SSFLS Kindergarten!
Our kindergarten is located in Suzhou Science and Technology Town, on the same campus of SSFLS, surrounded by hills and waters. We introduced twinklekidz, a Singapore curriculum system in 2017, it shows respect to each child on their own personality and individuality. It advocates the idea of iTeach, which motivates the children to develop in multiple directions. Twinklekidz curriculum system covers six domains, including aesthetics and creative expression, discovery of the world, language and literacy, motor skills development, numeracy, social and emotional development which comprehensively promote children to be “the whole kid”. At the same time, our system incorporates this English curriculum with Chinese theme curriculum, living skills curriculum, practical exploration curriculum and interests oriented curriculum which are tailored for children to help them grow up more naturally and individually. There are 12 classes in total, two foreign teachers in each classroom, one homeroom teacher and one specialist teacher. Homeroom teacher is responsible for the implementation of main courses based on the twinklekidz curriculum and organize activities for children. Specialist teacher is in charge of special courses and diverse extra-extra-curricular activities. Except foreign teachers, there is a Chinese homeroom teacher in each class to manage the class together with foreign teachers. We wish that you would join our multicultural family. Duties and responsibilities for Kindergarten academic foreign principal
1、 每月有一次关于Twinklekidz课程的研讨会，并以书面形式反馈。
Kindergarten academic foreign principal shall hold a Twinklekidz course meeting every month and give feedback in written form.
2、 在每个Twinklekidz主题开展结束以后需要进行书面总结，对于存在的问题和解决的方法要及时书面反馈。
After each Twinklekidz-themed activity, Kindergarten academic foreign principal shall give feedback in written form about existing problems and how to resolve it.
3、 对外方班主任、外方特色教师进行幼儿一日活动组织能力的指导、培训，提升外教的班级管理水平。
Kindergarten academic foreign principal shall train both home teacher and subject teacher about their teaching skills and how to improve their class management skills.
4、 每周听外教课不得少于6节，听课以后需要进行评课，并以书面形式指出存在的问题和需要改进的地方。
Kindergarten academic foreign principal shall observe not less than 6 periods each week, and shall give feedback in written form pointing out the problem and helping teachers resolve the problem.
5、 每月至少要组织一次英文教学研讨，提高外教的教学水平。

6、 每学期要有一次特色教师的成果展示活动。
