Job description
1. Job title: basketball Coach
2. Provide basketball course to students of all ages (children mainly);
3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5. Handle all class sizes;
6. 5 working days per week;
7. Working hours per week: 30 (20 teaching + 10 non-teaching)

Benefits Package
1. Basic salary: 11,000+ RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 10,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention and new teacher recommendation;
c. Monthly evaluation bonus: 200 to 500 depending on performance;
d. Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching
f.students number bonus and class fee, no limitation
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 2，000 RMB per month;
b. Reimbursement of flight ticket to China: 6,000 RMB as maximum;
c. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;
d. Traffic allowance: depending on actual monthly teaching hour

Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in Sports;
2. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
3. Basketball coaching experience with kids preferred
