Job Description:
 Liaise with headquarters by email, instant messenger or phone calls
 Visit, communicate with outsourced service providers
 Book flights, hotels for sales teams within MENA region or worldwide
 Provide excellent administrative support, including but not limited to employee attendance, salary calculations, business trips, reception
 Organize irregular events for employees
 Other duties assigned by the Director
 Work at the Reception Desk

Qualifications:
 University or above, quick learner
 Two years’ work experiences of the same role in UAE
 Outstanding interpersonal skills, time management skills
 Well-educated, hard-working, result-oriented
 Good manners, neat personal appearance
 English as the working language, Arabic is a plus
