Liaise with headquarters by email, instant messenger or phone calls
Visit, communicate with outsourced service providers
Book flights, hotels for sales teams within MENA region or worldwide
Provide excellent administrative support, including but not limited to employee attendance, salary calculations, business trips, reception
Organize irregular events for employees
Other duties assigned by the Director
Work at the Reception Desk
Qualifications:
University or above, quick learner
Two years’ work experiences of the same role in UAE
Outstanding interpersonal skills, time management skills
Well-educated, hard-working, result-oriented
Good manners, neat personal appearance
English as the working language, Arabic is a plus
