-You will be a strong candidate with 1 year(or more) teaching experience.
-Applicants with a TEFL qualification (CELTA/TESOL) or a BA degree are preferred.
- Teaching Plan making abilities.

As a Co-founder:
- to recruit and manage the English teachers
- to do on job traing for English Teachers
-Native speaker aged under 45 years old.
-Applicants with a TEFL qualification (CELTA/TESOL) or a BA degree are preferred.
