JOB Responsibility
Collect and analyze target market information in real estate & properties sector, marine & boating industry and the tourism development industry.
Production of market reports and preparation of articles for media as company branding & marketing support.
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for clients and seminars.
Financial analysis of real estate development. Evaluate investment yields, NPV, IRR and profitability of potential project investments.
Build comprehensive list of content answering client’s needs in a synthetic manner.
Estimate associated workload man-hours.
Develop visual artifacts to illustrate reports.
15% - 20% Travel.

JOB Requirements & Qualifications
Master Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance.
3-5 years of working experience in consulting, market research or business analysis sectors.
Related experience in tourism / real estate industry is a must.
Preferable experience in recognized real estate consulting agencies or top consulting MNC’s.

Business planning experience with financial knowledge.
Working knowledge of survey methodologies and financial analytical tools.
Expert in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Advanced level in InDesign. Willing to learn new software.
Project management awareness.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English – both written and spoken.
Excellent business acumen, passionate about business analysis.
