Job Description:
1, Coordinate and manage the development and production of communications materials, proposals and presentation materials to ensure effective pursuit of PR goals & KPI.
3, Supervise and coordinates work of the communications team.
4, Leverage the content created for Knowledge Management activities with Corporate Communications.
5, Oversees and writes or edits PR documents including press releases, Award Submissions.
6, Documents all PR and Knowledge Work Flow Management and Processes.
7, Assist in overseeing and writing/ translating speeches and papers for senior management.
8, Oversees production from draft creation through distribution of final communication material for internal and external parties.
9, Participates in working groups to plan, coordinate and execute communications products and publications related to special events and programs.
10, Help pull together content for marketing brochures.
Job Requirement:
1, 3+ years of communications experience with a strong history in Public Relations or Publishing (editor/ copywriters) .
2, Good knowledge of PR principles, practices and techniques .
3, Able to foster effective relationships among the various internal and external stakeholders.
4, Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from culturally diverse backgrounds.
