Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the whole production process’s design, tooling and equipment design
2. Responsible for the design of production balance capacity
3. Responsible for the process improvement and efficiency, in order to ensure the product quality and efficiency
4. Responsible for the production line of automated tooling, equipments import and design.
5. Responsible for the new products small quantities production testing and mass production.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical , Automation, Physics, Electronic Engineering with more than 10 years relevant working experience.
2. With excellent hands-on ability and learning ability.
3. Familiar with common production manufacturing theory and automation equipment as well
4. Well versed in Mechanical Drawing, Auto CAD software operation skills
