Job Description
Joanna Real Estate Company is looking for Internships which will be assigned in our office departments, Marketing, Business Development, HR recruitment/ Sales Assistant and Customer Service.

Marketing/ Business Develepment Intern
Responsibilities
1. Assist Marketing team with new marketing strategy ideas
2. Assist with writing promotional content, articles and weekly newsletter materials.
3. Update and look after company social media accounts (Facebook, Linkedin, Wechat, Instagram)
4. Research and compile property market reports
5. Assist Marketing team in arranging events and connect with the expat community
6. Occasionally assist sales with expat clients searching for housing

Sales Assistant/ Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities:

Arrange meetings for account managers
Can manage and organize daily office activities.
Do customer service for Real Estate clients specially for after sales service.
Knowledge and understanding of clerical works.
Will be trained using CRM system.
Must good in English writing, emailing and drafting.
Other duties as assigned for daily works by Manager.

Qualifications and Skills for Internship:
1.Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
2.Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills
3.Understanding of Chinese business environment preferred
4.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
5.Good command of both spoken and written English, native English speaker is preferred.
